Plun is operated from Japan. The Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法) requires online merchants to disclose the following information.

- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB and other methods provided by Stripe, Inc.).
- Payment timing
- Charged to the card issuer at the time the order is confirmed.
- Delivery timing
- Immediately upon successful payment. The paid content becomes viewable in the browser at once.
- Returns / cancellations
- Due to the nature of digital content, returns or refunds after successful payment are not accepted as a rule. If the purchased content cannot be viewed due to a technical fault on our side, please contact the email address above and we will issue a full refund after verification.
