These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website "Plun" (plun.app, the "Service") provided by Shinobu Hayashi ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service offers quiz content that produces a result based on the answers you give. Some detailed readings and couple-compatibility readings are paid.

2. Fees and payment

Prices for paid content are shown on each purchase screen (tax included). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit-card data.

3. Access rights

Access to paid content is tied to an anonymous session (a browser cookie) issued at the time of purchase. If you clear the cookie, or access the content from a different browser or device, you may lose access.

4. Prohibited acts

You must not do any of the following.

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell Service content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Disrupt the operation of the Service
• Violate any applicable law or public order and morals

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, and other content included in the Service are owned by us or by the rightful right-holders.

6. Disclaimer

Quiz results are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to or suspension of the Service

We may change or suspend the Service without prior notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising from the Service.
